Location and size of the room.
Kim is a perfect host and made is feel right at home!! Lovely views over the river and sea.
Well positioned, maintained excellently
Very nice place with a fantastic view
The location is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the host's laid back approach. The place was spotlessly clean, the shower was wonderfully warm and the bed top class. Everything one could hope for!
